DR. CHARLES BLUMENFELD
Dr. Charles Blumenfeld brings with him 34 years of experience in operating and practicing in dental offices. His practice consists of comprehensive and multi-discipline dentistry. He graduated from the University Of Toronto Faculty Of Dentistry in 1982 with an Honours B.Sc. and DDS degree. He has been on active staff with OR privileges at the William Osler Health Centre (Brampton Civic Hospital) since 1983. He is licensed by the RCDSO to provide IV sedation and this clinic is currently approved as well. This is an important adjunct for the ability to provide dentistry for numerous people that are fearful of obtaining dental care and for those requiring various surgical procedures, such as Wisdom Teeth extraction, gum surgery, root canal and implants.
A main focus of Dr. Blumenfeld’s practice has been Implant Dentistry and he is a credentialed Implant Dentist. He has his Associate Fellowship from the AAID, Fellowship from the Misch Implant Institute and both his Fellowship and Diplomate from the ICOI. With 30 years of experience in both the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants, he is more than capable providing excellent care for his patients. In addition, Dr. Blumenfeld is a member of the International Association for Orthodontics (IAO) and has provided Orthodontic care, both full braces and Invisalign, for his patients. In other words, almost nothing is referred out.
